Gerald Sparkman, MBA - CEO

Gerald Sparkman is the CEO of d.e. Foxx & Associates Inc., the parent company of Versatex. He joined Versatex in 2012 as its president and CEO.

Sparkman is a graduate of Anna Maria College and holds an MBA from Notre Dame University. He currently serves on boards of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. In 2019, Sparkman was recognized by Cincinnati Magazine in its annual 300 Most Powerful Leaders publication.

Patrice Barnes - Director of P2P & Compliance

Patrice Barnes manages the procure-to-pay process for Versatex's clients and has been with the company since its inception.

Barnes specializes in P2P process and implementation, compliance and the vendor management system process. She is also skilled in team building, leadership and business process improvement.

Barnes holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Cincinnati.

LaVonn Berry - Senior VP of Business Development

LaVonn Berry is the Senior Vice President of business development, having joined the Foxx group of companies in 2018.

Berry holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. His recent board service includes Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and DeVry University Keller School of Business. A former Eagle Scout, Berry has served on the board of directors for the Dan Beard Council for Boy Scouts of America..

Jason Redar - Director of Program Management

Jason is the Director of Program Management. He has worked at d.e. Foxx & Associates, the parent company of Versatex, for three decades in various roles. He is responsible for creating clear timelines and objectives for internal and external projects. He leads the United Way, ArtsWave and Light House Youth Services gift drives campaigns for d.e. Foxx. Jason holds two degrees from Indiana University, from the school of Public and Environmental Affairs and the Kelley School of Business.
